The Spring Shoulder Bag

I found a link to this blog a while ago, and as I read along, it seemed easy to follow the directions, so I tried it, and I'm super happy with how it turned out. It was really easy and only took me one Saturday afternoon to make it. The inside has a pocket that matches the outer fabric, which is so helpful for holding the smaller things that get lost in the bottom of a bag.

It's so cool how you are able to figure stuff out like that! It turned out so cute.

Wanta help me make kitchen curtains? By "help me" I mean I give you the fabric and measurements and you make em :)

Love it! When are you going to open a store on Etsy? I'll be your first customer:)

Marcy....my friend Robyn is hoping to get some of her stuff on Etsy and she makes REALLY cool things, she's my inspiration! I don't think that'll be me any time soon. :-)

Christi....I get nervous making things for other people, unless they are gifts that I feel good about....but I could try! I've made curtains before for my friend Cathy....poor thing, she was so nice to hang them in her baby's room even tho they were totally crooked.

Oh man! I thought I commented on this. I just came back to read comments and realized there isn't one from me. Maybe I just commented in my head.

Well, I LOVE IT! The colors are so fun and springy. You're so talented... I'm waiting for pictures of your shirt-dress attempt.
